How long does it take to fill a vacancy?

We commit to presenting at least three candidates within the first 10 business days of the recruitment process. Completion times may vary depending on the complexity of the role, candidate availability, and client processes.

We handle the end-to-end process, from requirement definition to hiring. The client makes the final decision on the chosen candidate.
Yes, if you already have pre-selected or referred candidates, we’ll include them in our process, evaluate them, and provide comparative insights for your decision.
The minimum contract period is six months.
